Constantine Tzino, as the Owner and CEO of Special People Ltd, I lead an organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across London and surrounding areas. With a strong foundation built over nearly 30 years, Special People has grown into a trusted care provider recognised for reliability, regulatory compliance, and genuine compassion.
Since taking on this leadership role, I have focused on continuing the legacy and values established by our founder, Constantine Tzino, who led with heart, resilience, and vision. Today, I am proud to carry that legacy forward — enhancing services, streamlining operations, and building a future-ready organisation capable of adapting to the evolving needs of clients, commissioners, and the wider community.
Our mission is to provide tailored support to children, young people, and elderly individuals with additional needs, learning disabilities, complex health needs, and social challenges. We achieve this by investing in our people, maintaining full regulatory compliance, and building strong, long-term partnerships with local authorities, NHS bodies, and private clients.
